My read on this is that the two NS routes are there to bring Marten Falls onboard. Notice how Marten Falls has went quite over the past couple of months? Cliff had previously completed the route studies for ROF to Nakina so this is not going to be a lot of field work other than tweaking existing data which we now own. For sure there has to be something in this for Marten Falls or the EA stalls.

As an aside I think this NS study requirement either points to an agreement with KWG over the NS route access lawsuit or a decision by the government to intervene in the case. Interesting to see what happens before the 29th deadline set by the courts for NOT to respond to KWG's appeal on the previous NS decision.
