The Ont government has stonewalled the RoF/Noront for years via its fed funding application/permit blockade which is code for the Wynne Harper vendetta and the Trudeau jr alliance.

What else can she do? She and her predecessors' mentor created a have not government with the largest regional government in North America.

Blame Harper.

We can only hope that Rickford has a RoF get - her -done plan, and I think it's already started with its' recently announced enhanced exploration capital expenditure write off plans for the coming winter exploration drilling.

More to come, but giving Trudeau jr/ Wynne no time to copy it/claim credit. Maybe some Rickford public proof of Liberal orchestrated delays?
