Last August we were given this:

The Government of Ontario announced today it has established the Ring of Fire Infrastructure Development Corporation, with headquarters located in Thunder Bay, claiming it fulfilled an election promise to do so within 60 days of delivering its Throne Speech.

The province says the corporation will work to bring First Nations and the public and private sectors together to create partnerships and facilitate investment decisions "in strategic transportation infrastructure

I took a look at other infrastructure corps like Macquarie Infrastructure corp, Capstone infrastructure crop, Brookfield...etc.

they are listing the transfer agent as:

Canada

Most likely it's the same for the ROF infrastructure Dev. Corp.
