I understand that they made comments about news that they do not provide, only to say soon.
I think they should have waited until the partial news are ready to be released, release it and say at end of that 'It Is Partial' and the remainder will be delivered in 2017.

This way they say 'we are doing something' but no substance to justify the comment.

More of same old story.
