I think the SP has been driven up mainly by the optimism from the posters and believers on this board, I think we all know this stock will take off one day and we are all trying to time our purchases to catch the rise. I have seen this time and time again, we get good news and see the jump as we all say here we go, only for the news to stop and the enthusiam to flag and the SP to drop back down. The good thing is it the bottom is getting higher, if this makes sense and the spikes are getting closer, I think this will continue until one or both of our governments announces the plan for infrastructure and when it will begin. They need to support NOT before they reach the point of mothballing as have KWG
