Examining means squat. Harper was examining for years and where did it get us? What it means to me is that the new Feds (Liberals) will have a look on the situation and Perhaps follow Ontario and commit. Did they not have enough time while in opposition to look, examine and form some sort of decision as to what is needed by the Ring? If the plans/hopes were good enough for Ontario it should be so for the federals. Examining = means to me that they also were sitting on their hands and just PolyTicking. Perhaps a harsh assessment from me this early but until I see substance, am a skeptic. Ed G.
