All true however NOT does not have years, in reality they have months. You need very deep pockets to keep going with the burn rate they have. They can raise more funds but eventually the well runs dry. All investors need to see progress and there needs to be evidence of said progress.

In my opinion NOT has a solid plan, they need the support of our goverments
