Yes but should we not have transparancy, in this are we not entiltled to recieve a scope of work outlining the negotiation process, and progress in these negoiations. The Sectatariat and Dev Co should both have clear objectives with time lines and measurables, all should be accountable and provide results of their hard work. No one can garantee an agreement but one should lay out the obsticles and show the efforts being made to acheive an agreement.

I have been in business for 40 years and have been held accountable to my staff and employees and there families for every one of those years. I have always treated my groups with respect and kept all informed of the companies performance good or bad, I expect the same from my employees.
