So the first step should be to abolish 'Special Status' and truely make all Canadians not only equal but just Canadians. No 'nations' within nation, no indiginous passports or other distinctions.

They can not live in the 19th century or older and still want 21st century's benefits.

Once that is done then we could address physical and social inequality. Otherwise it is just fooling of our selves that we are equal.
