I wonder why Baosteel Resources isn't stepping forward with a proposal for Noront's chrome deposits? After all they are a major shareholder in Noront and have a seat at the board. I find it strange that another Chinese group would be focusing on KWG's much smaller deposit. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
