"Surely all understand that many services can not be provided to very few in very remote areas. It is just not practical and economical." Trouble is we are not dealing with practical people we are dealing with a religion, a religion that believes the "native way" whatever that is, is the best and only way. When it comes to any religion, practicality and economics take a back seat. It would not be the first time that religion turned out to be a curse rather than a blessing. Hopefully reason will ultimately prevail and religion will take the back seat.
