If what you are saying is correct, to pay over 100% in service charges on $ 160.00 value

is not only anusual it reeks of being illegal. True, you might not qualify for some very low

commisions cited by some posters because of small investment but you should not have

to pay more than a fraction of the amount you paid.

I will take liberty to say that any decent investment Rep would have tp advise you to

avoid putting your money in penny stocks because of limited means.
