Yup, not even a winter road. I have been to Churchill twice by rail. It is a vital transportation link for many people that have bush roads from their communities to the railroad. Very few depots but the train will stop anywhere to pick people up. Because of the boggy terrain the train travels very slowly in a lot of places. The glacial ridge to the ring is such a bonus in reducing construction costs!
