Called Julia bond at Noront to complain about the PP

She said i was the only one to question the PP directly to Noront today. I called after close today. Julia said they took an average of the last 20 days to list the price at .35

I've reviewed PP prospectus in general through the OSC. Pricing was the very first and most important thing to review when pricing the PP.
