I voted for the second category (6-10 years) because I happen to think Sudburystar poll is chromite focused therefore chromite will begin flowing about 2024. We have to take into consideration time for railway construction and the chromite mines. Noront is not likely to be first to mine chromite.

As for road and Noront's Eagle mine, road construction start 2017 and completion early 2019. Noront's Eagle mine completed in 2020.

( I think back a few years when I thought that the Eagle mine by now would have been producing, - how things got delayed. So why should things be much different from now onward.)
