Message: Optimism warranted

I have to say my pessimism for Noront's future has changed to a more optimistic one with the events over the last few days, though I still have reservations as to whether Shareholders will see this benefit especially those long time ones who bought at much higher prices.

Clearly, the E/W road will be built and EN will be mined, but timing is everything and in that space Noront will have payments due that they need to meet or continue to be taken advantage of (hence why I think shareholders will lose out). Also clear to me, KWG will forge ahead on their own with the N/S route and without government help on infrastructure, but the gas processing method that is patent pending will likely be used in some form and KWG will in my opinion get the patent granted, even if modified. This will mean revenue for KWG and make these projects economical.

However the biggest source of excitement for me, is what does the other targets hold and what potential does Noront really have on their hands?

I think, it goes like this. Existing NOT shares are bought out at a premium but an inferior price of 0.80. NOT spins off a seperate company to explore the rest of the claims with a strong confidence that these deposits have something even bigger than what they have.

Even if this is not how it plays out, their properties are valuable and they'd be better to hang on and continue building value for the company rather than selling out to anyone. Question is, if this drags out too long, will they have a choice?
