Crystal clear but what bothers me is why did the previous government sit on "$7 billion to $9 billion in infrastructure funding left" without commiting to that billion to the ring. It is as if depriving a liberal Ontario is more important than serving Ontario and other Canadian citizens.

Just another example why I deride politicians. Ed.
