My suggestion for you is to compile all the FN announcements that Trudeau has come out with while he's been PM.

Start with ...revoking the FN transparency act......and continue to add the long and costly hefty list....

What would be the point of announcing 1 billion for the ROF in the Harper days if there was unwillingness to comply to the hefty list of demands that would most likely make the project a no go
