Even if the company does nothing they need cash to pay their own salaries so there is an outflow of cash. They arranged finances because the sp rose a bit raising the 20 day average. Ok by me.

They were waiting all this time for the infrastructure announcements and result is zilch. Management has limits on it's patience. With declining sp what could they possibly do?

I think that NOT having all those claims with unknown status and exploration successes do raise the sp, then why not try exploration while waiting for infrastructures. Rising sp means less dilution on further financings and off-sets dilution caused by initial financings.

So am also ok with the change from management.
