Good morning Crazytrade, I was going to post this very same paragraph this morning, thank you. I think investors should read and re-read what is being said here and use some common sense. Here are my quick thoughts:
1. for years Noront has refrained from exploration due to high cost vs. zero reward based on the fact that no infrastructure was announced and that the markets didn't care. This plan to hunker down and save money was extremely smart IMO.
2. financing complete. What will the proceeds be used for? AT-5 and Bluejay? I sure think so. The stock is clear to run, and I think it will.
3. But why go against the "game plan" that we've had for years now? What has changed? Is infrastructure about to be announced? Maybe, maybe not, but it likely doesn't matter.
IMO, Noront has decided to change their approach for a number of potential reasons:
1. Infrastructure has been secured short or long term. 50/50 chance here.
2. A major has approached Noront for a buy out and has asked them to prove up the land with further exploration. My opinion is that this is the most likely scenario.
3. FN disputes have been resolved. I believe this is also very likely.
Long story short, use your common sense and ask yourself why the financing was needed now, and why the deviation in "the game plan"? These decisions don't get made lightly as evident by the companies patience for the past years while refraining from spending cash. DYODD, but I am putting my money where my mouth is and I believe we are about to see Noront pop quite high. Good luck all.
