The railroad in the make should have been a higher plus. Then, it is uncertain what it will bring NOT. Coutts does not like it too much for a reason hard to comprehend, as any development after a decade is positive. The consolidation between KWG and NOT has been the issue, Smeenk and Coutts are not on the same page which makes it complex for government as well. A plus and a minus is another standstill at this poor level. Smeenk has been very proactive as KWG has only the very smaller part of the deposit, Coutts is passive as he feels the deposit in NOT' possession should do it on its own. A golden mid-way has Not been looked for, too much polarisation of things just happening. Out of control. NOT is either a 4 CAD + premium take over candidate (cannot develop on their own moneywise, or it is zero-ish due to as Coutts calls it uneconomic findings, i.e. FN costs, infra, mining development costs, potential revenues. It is a gamble from here, either you pour your money in it or Not. Me thinks a gamble is worth the risk in this case as so much has already been done and there is Not a real threat as you will see in other areas. Normally gamblers loose, so risk/reward pins the SP at low level for now.
