Noront has been trying to fast track Eagle's Nest for years and that has nothing to do with KWG. What makes you think cooperation on Chromite will be any faster? Like I said before, all this chromite talk is only going to slow track Eagle's nest. Remember that Noront had to borrow money to buy the Cliff's property and were counting on cash flow from Eagle's nest to pay that off. They cannot afford to wait for chromite development.
