"What makes you think cooperation on Chromite will be any faster?"

Indeed, so far matters around chromite are not going any faster in spite of chinese involvment regarding feasibility study for the railway track.

I still say, natives will be against the railway going in IF they do not get at least one road in at the same time or earlier. And then there is profit sharing, land, water issues and so on, and on... & ON.

(I say there is cooperation to a degree between KWG, Noront and perhaps others to no effect and we do not hear anything about it for that reason.)

Run for the woods, to a bottle or see a psychiatrist cause there are huge delays and many good investors have gone elsewhere.
