Actually Martin Falls and Webequie both claim the land that covers Eagles' Nest. It has been that way right from the beginning and that is why Noront mainly deals with Webequie and Martin Falls. It is also the reason that a couple years ago Noront made a deal with Martin Falls to construct a winter road and airstrip but Martin Falls backed out. Martin Falls is more concerned with the Ontario Government than they are with Noront. Noront is just caught up in the cross-fire.
