My tradition is annual visits to Europe, I emphasize MY. Would anyone recognize such as so?
There are traditions and Traditions. Amount of time at them is subjective and dependent on the sayer.

My differentiation is that tradition is not ownership and ownership itself of any item has to be conferred onto one entity and not to several. Hence I justify my opinion that Webequie are the traditional users of the land about the Ring and not any of the other Mattawa members.

Finally I understand that tradition is 'use of land' and not ownership. Most of the natives of Canada do not want to make that distinction. Hence the resultant misunderstandings and conflicts.

To me the issue is simple therefore want to confer it onto others but reality is complicated, Oh well such is life. Ed.
