I especially like this statement....."The Chiefs of Ontario is an advocacy organization, and a secretariat for collective decision making, action"...desperately needed.

To me this release sounds like the FN are ready to move forward to a better life for themselves and future generations. What better place to start than the ring. Maybe the OSPE did spark the fire?
