Sudbury you are absolutely correct in your thinking.

None of us want to cause harm but what I see is a vast improvement on just about all aspects for those communities and they with government bureaucrats are concerned about potential impact?

What negativity I can think of is that with the road going in, and it shold have priority over anything else, is that it will improve access for illegal substance abuses. All else being positive AND Most being very positive.
One has to weigh what you gain against what you lose, it is never aperfect world.

Hence my not understanding and lack of patience.
