Granted: Both governments Should look after All of the northern communities, but it is a question of money.
I am a south Ontarian and like me Ontario government is southern Ontario focused. For me 'the north' is the Ottawa Valley where I had gone fishing for a few decades and only once in my life time had I gone as far as Timmins, again fishing. I also only visited three native communities, the furthest northern is in Renfrew county (Ottawa Valley). That does not relate well to the commuities near the Ring.

DRA, to do their job the governments are limited not only by lack of proper focus but more so by lack of funds. Road will not solve all the problems but will help a great deal with most. Imho, benefits vastly outweigh the deficits.

As Hoov implies, we southerners need to walk in their shoes, but how can I? Hence my view, for simplicity call it prejudiced. By participating in a debate on this forum I become more enlightened. Thanks to you ALL. Ed g.
