Thanks for reminding me it is IIROC. When I spoke to them, there answer was it's normal trading. These guys Anon and Jitney only appear in numbers when the price is increasing, usually on favourable news. From the very instance of their arrival the price goes down. In most trades they are both buyer and seller and along the way sell low. To me that's manipulation.  If looks like a duck and sounds like a duck it's usually a duck.
