I agree with you.

we have all types of regulatory or policing bodies created to stop bad stuff from happening.

So it must then mean bad stuff doesn't happen or sneak it's way in.

yet, drugs make they way across the border, along with guns, and multitudes of illegal stuff.

Even FN Reserves of 400 people located in remote areas...still have drug problems. How?

So with all this protection in place how could this be?

Some enforcement will look the other way.

If you go on the IRROC site ..and  look at the directors etc..  you will see bank people...like scotia, national bank merrill lynch to name a few.

In order for someone to see the manipulation they have to have directly worked in the field themselves....and yet how easy is it to rat on the "brotherhood",...when you probably did a few fast ones in your day. And let's not forget the friends you made along the way.

Can you remember a headline with IRROC ever calling out a couple of banks for dirty trading deeds of a particular stock on the TSX or TSX V??
