One: Wynne's announcement from August is underestimated. FN on the E-W trajectory still Not aligned, N-S is. Marten Falls signed the pre-agreement. Al Coutts said after signing with MF another FN would follow swift. It did not. It is N-S with Marten Falls, none of the others. Wynne said, who is on board is on board and we will move from there. Cliffs was right in the sense that it will not be in a lifetime, i.e. as far as pertains E-W.
Marten Falls is ready, we know from different sources including public info, for the others there aare too many other priorities to deal with than a road study. Wynne has adjusted her announcement from this point of view. Second: If you do not want a road, no issue, there will be no road (E-W).
A pity that Noront itself took so long before stating, we will use whatever road is being build. Its their largest misunderstanding, going for the E-W, too competitive with KWG. No one cares about it any longer. Noront will select a Southern town for the smelter and then say the road will be straight that way. The outcome of the entire selection procedure for the smelter depends on the N-S road, not the other way around. So 3: Wynne, NOT, Marten Falls, KWG is a done deal. When the rest want a road, it can be done, on their own demand. Wynne has twisted the right way. Gravelle back in business.
Wynne in fact stated: if you want a road it is there (N-S), if you do not want, no issue, we are not going to pay for it or build it (E-W). It is business after all. Why bother for years if someone does Not want something. If you do not want it, you don't get it...... cleared the issue.
