you mention the ROF to be an “ace” in Wynne her hands.

Thing I’m asking myself if this actually would make a difference? As far as I can remember from the past the majority of people in Ontario/Canada were not even aware of the excistence of the ROF.

Has that changed (them not knowing what the ROF is)? If the people know know about it, it could have a positive effect for Wynne and yes it would be some kind of “ace”.

The question is more out of curiosity as time will tell what has happened (when all of us have loaded their piggy bank with lot’s of CAN$).
