Paliman,  I agree with you, looks like they put a floor on the price.

The amendment includes a provision whereby the Company will require RCF approval to issue equity below $0.306 per share.  

I agree the price looks like it's being held. For the past couple of years, stock options were issued 3rd week of Feb.

commodities are starting to warm, and my guess is stock options before  news of a positive nature.

Last Feb. stock  options were given at 35 cents
