Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Nov. 27, 2018, the exchange has consented to an extension to the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants: 2,674,644

Original expiry date of warrants: Nov. 5, 2020

New expiry date of warrants: Nov. 5, 2022

Exercise price of warrants: 35 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 7,688,433 flow-through shares and 5,349,288 non-flow-through shares, with 2,674,644 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Nov. 27, 2018.
