Can they even do that really? I mean can they , after the 105 days , if they get enough shares , not pay for the rest of the outstanding shares? Legally.... 

or can they cut the process short if they get enough shares. 

I don't think they can get even close enough , but it is good to have all the info we can get our hands on. :)
