I believe BHP will counter offer, with further multiple offers going back and forth,

BHP offer of .55 was better than Wyloo*s @ .315 but

Wyloo*s @ .70 better than BHP*s @ .55

Noront backing BHP because of assurance of NOT backing down and increased SP by BHP

BHP cannot afford to loose the Ring, agreement with Tesla,

Wyloo AF and Luca G statement and media express very mature approach to the Ring,

As a shareholder , who is holding, I will see what BHP has to offer,
