Perhaps our BOD is aware that BHP is not going away easily, and has purposely infuriated Wyloo by withholding from them. The turn around for Wyloo's requests were met swiftly by Noront with BHP's approval. BHP wants to see what Wyloo will actually put on the table. 0.70 won't cut it. BHP will counter.  Wyloo needs to up the ante a lot to give BHP pause. Interested eyes are watching.
