TM, I'd be happy if any of them so much as mentioned the ROF, even Jagmeet (seems to me he promises to spend another $1B+ every time he opens his mouth anyway).

Now there's a thought, maybe the Feds could buy NOT and develop the ROF? As anasoceles1 suggests, $3.50/share would be ~$2B. That's chump change for Feds (although it's our hard earned tax dollars).

Wait, scratch that, the Feds would find a way to lose money with all the riches coming from the ROF.
