I think this is where it stands....

The potential transaction proposed by Wyloo remains subject to satisfaction of preconditions, including completion of due diligence. Currently this is what NOT and Wyloo are negotiating.

When complete, and the offer is deemed superior, BHP will have 5 business days to match or exceed by modifying thier current offer.
