The BOD have put a blocking move in to prevent Wyloo and BHP conspiring to elect a new Board of their choice. If this happened they would make amendments allowing them to take control at a price of their choosing. Noronts current Board could easily walk away now with a golden handshake. It's clear to see from reading the new document that they have independent shareholders interest at heart and are not going to let us get mugged by the 2 big Aussies.
