I also want to thank the knowledgeable posters.  When I originally was asked by Noront to tender my shares I thought it was a done deal even though I was not happy with the price.  But I did not and still have not.  My average cost is $3.00 per share US.   I doubt I will break even but I am glad to see NOT getting some action.
