No, i get that you weren't implying that i was misleading. I was just apologizing sort of, because that is sort of what I did, but not intentionally. 

Anyways, good perspective. We will see what happens , if the 5 days for BHP to repsond expires , after the BOD approved the offer and deems it superior, then things get a little more solidified where they currently sit. IMO, BHP will come back.
