Thank you for the clarification. I think through this process ,I tend to blur things out to make it look rosier for a better end result. I have made a couple biggies lately. I'm excited about what is happening and hoping for the best. I appreciate all the input from everyone. I'm holding on till the end , or at least till the biggest cash offer is on the table. I hope it's not the current one , but will still be happy with money made if it is.
