Nothing to be concerned about IMO. Selling amounts to 30,000 shares, approximately 0.1% of outstanding shares. I believe Smith himself likely owns 5% of the company (or more), if he were dumping the volume would be much greater.
Smith is at an age that many would contemplate retiring. IMO I find it hard to criticize him for selling a small portion at these prices while the going is good... Smith is a GEO, not a trader - as such, many of his eggs presently appear to be in one mosquido-laden basket at McFaulds rather than spread out across a diversified portfolio.
If it were I in his position, I would likely sell much more. You always have to look out for #1, which is what each of us do each and every day participating in the market.
