Al,

Thank you for sharing this. I only bought into FNC due to its proximity to NOT. 

What do you think the chance is that Mr. Smith/NFC will do as little possible to prove their claim, knowing that NOT may indirectly do it for them (by proving conduit continuity across various claim lines)? Maybe he'll be like Potsey on Happy Days & "Just Sit on It" & wait for a good buy out offer??? What do you think?
