For a closeup and safe ground viiew I suggest a Paraplane, which will fly low and slow without undue risk. Economical too, both capital cost and operating expenses. Downside is that it is restricted to low windspeed days, but then who wants to manoeuvre near the ground in an Ultralight on a winday day?
