From that statement you come to the conclusion that they are in the driver's seat? Please fairchij, I want this company to succeed as much as the next person here but nothing in the world is more frustrating then reading your posts that always find their way to positive conclusions no matter what is. THEY ARE NOT IN THE DRIVER'S SEAT YET! We wouldn't be sitting at 45 cents will very little interest if that was the case. Wake up and smell reality! Until there is a deal do not make these assumptions as you have for the last few years repeatedly.
