No it means that if you're going to say 10$/share, back it up with something more than just a wild guess. This 70$ club thing is the perfect example of just a useless number floating around. New investors will read the board and I'd just ignore any future posts of someone who posts like that if I was a new investor. The shame is some of them will inbetween all these useless posts post something really interesting or constructive.
