Ah Derek we have to live our lives, we have to grow old but there's no law saying we can't enjoy it. I just got back from pool and waiting for dinner. Golf may be cancelled in the morning due to rain (my biggest worry at this point in time) Heading back to Canada in 2 weeks ,much to early for me this year with the weather the way it is up there.

We can talk and dream about how much a buy out may be and make our educated guesses but there's one thing we should be thankful for regardless the offer, we have the best crew running this ship that we could ask for.
