Yes, a lot depends on it, Derekwpg, but not everything.
Sure, we know that an important (potential) partner has requested the reduction to 100 nm, but a smaller deal with a smaller partner could still be possible independ of that anytime. By the way, I haven't heard the term "main partner" lately – and even if, there's still the question whether it is "the main partner" or "a main partner".
